Managing Your Leads
When beauty professionals express interest in your space, their inquiries show up in the My Leads section of your dashboard.
What You'll Find in My Leads
The My Leads section has several tabs:
Activities shows a timeline of all interactions and events related to your leads.
Deals tracks leads that have progressed to a more serious stage (useful if you're managing multiple potential renters).
Leads is your main list of people who have reached out.
Inquiries shows specific messages and tour requests submitted through your listing pages.
Responding to Inquiries
When you receive a new inquiry, you'll get an email notification. From the My Leads section, you can:
- View the renter's message and contact details
- Respond directly to their inquiry
- Schedule follow-ups
Why Fast Responses Matter
Beauty professionals are often reaching out to multiple listings at the same time. The owner who responds first has a significant advantage. Aim to respond within a few hours. Same day at the absolute latest.
A quick, friendly response that answers their questions and offers a tour goes a long way toward filling your space.
Pro Tip
Even if a lead doesn't work out immediately, stay in touch. Situations change, and someone who wasn't ready three months ago might be ready now.
