How to Add a Video Tour to Your Listing
Upload a video or paste a URL to give renters a virtual walkthrough.
Adding a Video Tour
A video tour gives renters a much better feel for your space than photos alone. Listings with video tours tend to get more engagement and more serious inquiries.
How to Add a Video
During the listing creation or edit process, you'll see a section for video. You have two options:
Upload a video file directly. Supported formats are .mp4, .mov, and .webm, with a maximum file size of 500MB. Keep the video between 30 seconds and 3 minutes for the best results.
Paste a video URL if you've already uploaded your tour to YouTube, Vimeo, or another video host.
What to Show in Your Tour
- Walk through the rental space from the entrance
- Show the styling stations, chairs, sinks, and any equipment
- Pan through common areas (reception, break room, laundry)
- Show the parking area and building exterior
- Point out any standout features (natural light, private entrance, storage)
Tips for a Good Video
- Hold your phone horizontally (landscape mode)
- Move slowly and steadily so nothing is blurry
- Narrate as you walk if you're comfortable. A quick "and here's the private entrance" goes a long way
- Film during the day when the space has the best lighting
- Keep it short. You don't need a 10-minute production. A quick, honest walkthrough is perfect.
