Keep Your Listing Updated
Why keeping your listing info current matters and how to do it.
Why Keeping Your Listing Current Matters
An outdated listing hurts you in two ways. First, renters lose trust when they see old photos, wrong pricing, or spaces listed as available that are already rented. Second, you waste your own time fielding inquiries about spaces that aren't actually open.
What to Keep Updated
Remove rented spaces. If a booth or suite is no longer available, update the listing right away. Nothing frustrates a renter more than reaching out about a space that's already taken.
Update your pricing. If your rates have changed, make sure the listing reflects that. Stale pricing leads to awkward conversations.
Refresh your photos. If you've renovated, redecorated, or even just cleaned things up, take new photos. Fresh images signal that you're an active, attentive owner.
Revise your description. Mention seasonal specials, new amenities, or changes to the space. A description that reads like it was written two years ago doesn't inspire confidence.
