Why Isn't My Listing Showing Up?
The most common reason your listing isn't visible and how to fix it.
My Listing Isn't Showing Up
This is the number one question we get, and the answer is almost always the same.
Most likely reason: No marketing package purchased
When you create a listing, it saves as a Draft. It won't appear in search results or be visible to potential renters until you purchase a marketing package.
To fix this:
- Go to salonrenter.com/pricing-cl/
- Choose a marketing package
- Complete checkout
- Your listing will go live immediately
How to verify your listing is live
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Listings or Manage My Listings
- Check the status next to your listing. It should say LIVE.
Still not showing up after purchasing?
