Promo banners are a simple way to make your listing stand out and attract more attention from renters who are comparing options.
What Are Promo Banners?
When creating or editing your listing, you'll see a dropdown for Move-in Promo. This adds a visible banner to your listing card in search results. Options include:
- Free Rent (e.g., first month free)
- Discounted Rent (e.g., reduced rate for the first 3 months)
- One Month Free
- Move-in Special
- And other promotional options
How They Appear
The promo banner shows up directly on your listing card when renters are browsing search results. It's one of the first things they see, which makes your listing more eye-catching compared to listings without a promo.
When to Use Them
Promo banners work especially well when:
- You're trying to fill a space quickly
- You have a new listing and want to generate initial interest
- You're in a competitive market with a lot of available spaces
- You're genuinely offering a deal (renters can tell when it's just a gimmick)
How to Add One
- Go to My Listings and click Edit on your listing
- Scroll to the Move-in Promo dropdown
- Select the promo that matches your offer
- Save your listing
You can remove or change the promo at any time.
