Why Photos Are Everything

Photos are by far and away the most important aspect of any listing. They get attention, pique interest, and only then does the description and other features start telling the story.

What to photograph

Upload as many professional-quality photos as you possibly can:

• The rental space itself — every angle, clean and well-lit
• Common areas — hallways, reception, waiting area
• Break room and amenities — laundry, kitchen, lounge
• Exterior — the building, signage, parking area
• Any special features — private entrance, in-suite sink, styling stations

Photo tips

• Use natural light when possible, or make sure the space is well-lit
• Clean and stage the space before photographing
• Shoot from corners to make rooms look spacious
• Take horizontal (landscape) photos — they display better on the site
• Higher resolution is better — avoid blurry or pixelated images
• More is better — there's no such thing as too many good photos
