Why Was My Listing Disapproved?
Common reasons for listing disapproval and how to fix and resubmit.
Listing Disapproved
If your listing status shows as Disapproved, it means it was flagged during review. Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Common Reasons for Disapproval
Missing required information. Listings need a title, description, at least one photo, pricing, and a valid address. If any of these are missing or incomplete, the listing may be flagged.
Inappropriate content. Listings that contain offensive language, misleading claims, or content unrelated to salon/beauty space rentals will be disapproved.
Duplicate listing. If you already have an active listing for the same address, creating another one for the same space may get flagged. Use the Multiple Units feature if you have multiple rentals at one location.
Incomplete or low-quality photos. Listings with stock photos, screenshots, or images that don't show the actual rental space may be flagged.
Inaccurate information. If the listed address, pricing, or space details appear to be inaccurate or misleading, the listing may be held for review.
How to Fix It
- Log in and go to My Listings
- Find the disapproved listing
- Click Edit and address the issue
- Make sure all required fields are filled out with accurate information
- Save your changes
