How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel your marketing package and stop future charges.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription yourself, right from your account. No need to email us.

Option 1: From My Billing

  1. Log in to your account at salonrenter.com
  2. Click on your profile and select My Billing (or go directly to salonrenter.com/invoices/)
  3. Find your active subscription and click Cancel

Option 2: From Manage My Listings

  1. Log in and go to Manage My Listings
  2. Find the listing with the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Manage your subscription from that page and select Cancel

What happens when you cancel?

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately
  • You won't be charged again going forward
  • Your listing will remain visible until the end of your current billing period
  • If you'd also like your listing removed, just let us know at help@salonrenter.com

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. If you're approaching a renewal date and don't want to continue, cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
