Removing Your Listing or Personal Information
Your privacy matters. If you want your listing or personal information removed from Salon Renter, we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.
How to Request Removal
Self-service: You can delete your own listing from the My Listings page in your dashboard. Log in, find the listing, and select Delete.
Contact us: If you want your personal information removed from our system entirely, or if you're having trouble deleting through the dashboard, email help@salonrenter.com with your request. Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your records.
What Gets Removed
When you request a full removal, we'll delete:
- Your listing(s) and all associated photos/content
- Your account profile information
- Your contact details from our system
Active subscriptions will be cancelled and any remaining balance refunded where applicable.
How Long Does It Take?
We prioritize privacy and safety removal requests. Most are processed within one business day. If you're in an urgent situation (safety concern, harassment, etc.), let us know in your email and we'll handle it immediately.
