Requesting a Refund
If you were charged unexpectedly or believe you're owed a refund, you can start by reviewing your billing history yourself.
Check your billing history
- Log in to your account at salonrenter.com
- Click on your profile and select My Billing (or go directly to salonrenter.com/invoices/)
- Review your recent charges and subscription status
You can also manage your subscription from the Manage My Listings page.
Common refund situations
- Charged after thinking you cancelled — we'll issue a full refund and cancel the subscription
- Double-charged — we'll refund the duplicate charge
- Forgot about auto-renewal — reach out and we'll review your situation
How to request a refund
Email help@salonrenter.com with details about the charge. We'll review it and process the refund through Stripe. You should receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Prevent unexpected charges
To avoid future surprise charges, you can cancel your subscription anytime from My Billing or Manage My Listings before your next renewal date.
